The Department of Information Science & Engineering is the IT center of our college as it is deeply involved in developing and conducting various IT related workshops and ideologies.The Department is headed by Prof. Prerana Chaithra, Who has vast Experience in both Academics and various IT industries.Student intake of ISE is Sixty
It has a young and Dynamic staff, Which is a blend of youth and experience. They are all well qualified and some of them have industrial experience as well. Their motivating and innovative teaching techniques have helped the students in scoring good academic results. faculties have attended technical workshops and all the faculties have undergone Faculty Development Program organized by the college. Prof.Prerana Chaithra was the coordinator for Proffesional Induction Programme and REE.
Students are very enthusiastic and talented. They actively participate in technical workshops and competitions. They are well placed in IT companies like Siemens , Carito, Cognizant, Infosys, I-Flex, Satyam, etc. ISE won the first place in the college cultural fest 'Sankalp'. Bhargav of VII sem, is the captain of college Cricket team that has participated in many competitions and won.
The Laboratories are equipped with state-of-art facilities. They provide cutting edge technologies in the IT field that enable our students to carry out their final year projects in the college itself. The various laboratories consist of Project lab, Network lab, Application Programming lab, System Programming lab, Microprocessor lab,Logic Design lab and Internet lab.
Conducted 3 days intercollegiate Robotics workshop in collaboration with EC department from 29th AUG to 31st AUG 2008.
