Library, being one of the very important unit of the Institution, is the central of all activities on the Campus. College Library is a gateway to a world of information.

The Library of SCE occupies over 536 sq. mts and provides spacious seating arrangements and a calm ambience for learning. Reading facility with seating and writing arrangement for 150 students is also provided.

The Center is equipped with over 12,370 volumes, 2756 Titles,2707 Journals,9663 Issues, 32 National Journals and 24 International Journals, covering all branches, Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Hand Books, Data Books etc., and the College Library has subscribed for IEL-Online Journals through INDEST-AICTE Consortium. Multiple copies ensure that resources are easily available for reference in the reference library division.

The completely automated library management systems in whish books are Bar Coded and students are issued smart card to transact with library facilities. Each student will be issued 2 books during regular time and 2 books are issued during their exams by deposit scheme. Library is kept open from 8.30 a. m to 10.00. p. m daily(midnight when required) and till 2 p. m on Sundays.

Our library is also a member of DELNET-Developing Library Network in which we can access information on books and journals from 1033 libraries all over India. Inter library loan facilities is also provided.

CD Library is equipped with 3 computers & with a collection of 159 CDs. Students can use this facility during their leisure time, thus Providing all the information and helping the students and faculty for their over all development and growth, our Library acts as a catalyst for turning out our students as quality engineers.
