The college library is located in the second
floor of the academic block and consists of a large collection of
books pertaining to Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
and topics of general interest. The collection is continuously upgraded
to cater to the needs of teachers and students. The reference section
in the library is well furnished and well lighted and ventilated,
kept open for teachers and students even after normal working hours
of the institution. Technical journals in every field of engineering
are subscribed for the benefit of the staff and students to enable
them to keep themselves well informed of the latest know how. Leading
newspapers, magazines and periodicals are available to improve their
general knowledge in their leisure hours.
Special emphasis is given to new courses / programs in order to
make available the required basic resources at the outset. We procure
copies of resources indicated in essential and recommended reading
lists as per standards prescribed by AICTE. Out of these, one is
kept for reference and the rest are made available for circulation.
It extends over 536 Sq. meters, is very useful for information seekers.
It can accommodate over 150 users at a time. We have adopted the
Idenizen smart campus Software for Library automation. The library
catalogue is fully networked, enabling you to check details, make
reservations. Reprographic and OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue)
facilities are available. Library is member of, DELNET.
