These include decision making, identifying research opportunities, assessing personal strength and weaknesses, sell ing oneself effectively and confidence building. Career service help the students recognise their skills and help to make appropriate decisions on the range of opportunities. The placement & training centre provides a number of programmes to improve the technical and management skills of the students.

A wide range of services are offered such as :
1. Identifying vacancies.
2. Regular employer's presentation & selection interviews on the campus.
3. Working closely with various departments to deliver career management skill programmes within the courses and conducting Aptitude testing sessions every week within the campus to train the students.
