Ms Suma Hiremath head the Training & Placement Department of Sapthagiri College of Engineering. She has completed MA from Mysore University & besides holding a PG Diploma in Hospital Administration from Apollo Education Foundation. Apart from these she has done certification courses in Human Resources Management. She has 10 plus years of professional experience at her credit. She has vast experience in Human Resource Management along with specalised in Training. She is also member on NIPM. She has very good contact with leading industry houses. Earlier she has worked as Manager - Human Resources with leading health care brands & has successfully run the department of Human Resources by implementing best HR practices by framing the best HR policies & procedures. Ms Suma has now moved to our Sapthagiri College of Engineering & is working as Head - Placements, Training & HR. Ms Suma has worked hard to establish the brand name of the College & brought almost all reputed companies to our Campus for Campus Recruitment. In the other words she has worked hard to brand our College .. Sapthagiri College of Engineering. Currently she is working as Training & Placement Officer of Sapthagiri College of Engineering. She takes care of the Training of all the branches of Engineering for the soft skills, Such as introduction, Group Discussion, Extempore talks, Corporate etiquette, Managing the Technical & HR interviews & so on.He has lot of Flair for nurturing the students for all the skills. She is cool, calm, receptive to all the students problems & concerned towards students fraternity. He carefully applies his mind to students problems & accordingly gives correct dosage of tonic required for the individual student. As Ms Suma has been interacting with the corp orates from long time. He knows the requirements of the corp orates with reference to the end products of the engineering college i.e Graduates coming out of the Engineering College. The inputs (requirements) given by the corp orates will be fed to the students i.e. job aspirants in Corporate companies. There by Sapthagiri students will have more access to the Corporate requirements & accordingly. They will prepare for the interviews in consultation with Ms Suma who is heading the Training & Placement Cell. Ms Suma works hard for the branding of the College on day to day to day basis. She is always on the move visiting the Corp orates, establishing with new corp orates, reviving contacts with the old companies who are visiting the campus regularly so on. So branding & image of the College is enhanced further with the efforts of Ms Suma. Ms Suma covers almost all types of industries such as Mechanical Industries, Electrical Industries, Electronic Industries, IT Companies etc so as to place all branches of Engineering students. Ms Suma does even one to one training of all the Engineering students in the College. She will lot of tips to students to face the present day challenges in professional life & career, besides talking up the Campus recruitment process in innovative manner & making it successful. Ms Suma is very aggressive, dynamic, humble & maintains HARMONEOUS RELATIONSHIP with almost all the corp orates & companies visiting the College for the recruitment s.
